Refunds & Cancellation

• Cancel auto-renewal at any time from Admin → billing → Cancel subscription — no questions asked, no lock-in
• Cancellation stops future charges immediately; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for
• After the paid period ends, your organisation moves to suspended access — your data stays safe and exportable, and you can resubscribe anytime to restore full access
• Cancelling during the 90-day Free Trial simply ends the trial; nothing further is charged

• If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan within 7 days of purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund
• The one-time ₹1 Free Trial fee is a verification charge and is non-refundable
• Refund requests must be sent to patelhet.0507@gmail.com with your account email and organisation name
• Refunds go back to the original payment method: UPI refunds typically arrive within 1–3 business days, card refunds within 7–10 business days (bank timelines, outside our control)
• Payment-gateway fees charged by Razorpay/banks on the original transaction are non-refundable

• Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) auto-renew each billing cycle — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year
• Each renewal charges the then-current plan price; we notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance
• If a renewal payment fails, we retry automatically. After repeated failures your access is paused until payment succeeds — update your payment method or contact us and we will restore access immediately
• Plan prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• The Free Trial is its own plan: 90 days of full access for a one-time ₹1 fee, one trial per organisation
• No auto-debit runs during the trial; nothing is charged when the trial ends
• When the trial ends, subscribe to a paid plan to continue — the full plan amount is charged from Day 1
